just thougth i'd share my new kitten...

He's 2month old and i've named him Kneader because he constantly is kneading his paws. Even when he walks he'll stop hold on in the air then knead it on the ground. He'll even do it in his sleep. He's just the most lovable thing. Always purring and sleeps right next to my head.

So, here's his picture... He seems to like to lay between me and keyboard kneading my arm while I'm on the...

Oki Trip

Plan to take a combined work and personal trip to Oki. I'm able to stay at the WestPac Lodge/Inn at Camp Foster for the entire stay. The costs is about $100 a night compared to $300 plus on the economy. Has anyone stayed at the WestPac? The USMC web site gives a very good description but curious to hear from anyone who has stayed there. Mongolian BBQ seems to be a favorite dinner special....I guess somethings never change.

I spoke with Jo Crepeau in Fort Myers Florida,this a.m. Joanie is ill.She has Multiple sclerosis and has been in a nursing home for four years. She cannot speak, Her brain is there she can understand, but is confined to a wheelchair. She has a cell Phone, 239-277-5444. She can listen. I wanted to tell you this by phone , so I may hold this message a day or so. This breaks my heart. I knew something wasn't right . She was too vivacious to just be unreachable.

We have officially started accepting reunion registrations and I want to thank Cindy Harper for being the first one to send in her registration. Who (one from each student and faculty) did you either looked up to or admired while at Kubasaki? Why?

Faculty- Mr. Cullinan, He was one that would inspire us to be more then just a blob. He valued my opinion only pushed me for facts to my premise versus BS.

Student- I have two 1 male and 1 female- Aaron Ficken, he was just a great natured guy that you could not dislike. Cindy Harper, She could help our energy crisis with the amount of pep and energy this little gal has!

The other day my next-door neighbor, an elderly gent, stopped me for a few moments to ask me a question about digital TV, since he knew I worked in the broadcast industry. I described what's going to happen in February 2009 in the most simplest way I knew.

After a few follow-up questions, and some more answers, he seemed confident that he would be able to make the leap into the digital TV realm next year.
