just thougth i'd share my new kitten...

He's 2month old and i've named him Kneader because he constantly is kneading his paws. Even when he walks he'll stop hold on in the air then knead it on the ground. He'll even do it in his sleep. He's just the most lovable thing. Always purring and sleeps right next to my head.

So, here's his picture... He seems to like to lay between me and keyboard kneading my arm while I'm on the...

Hello Alumni,

We have officially started accepting reunion registrations and I want to thank Cindy Harper for being the first one to send in her registration. Today I paid the deposit for our band, 5 guys named Moe. Please, if you can, send in your registration before the rate increase! It would really help replenish my bank account! Who (one from each student and faculty) did you either looked up to or admired while at Kubasaki? Why?

Faculty- Mr. Cullinan, He was one that would inspire us to be more then just a blob. He valued my opinion only pushed me for facts to my premise versus BS.

Student- I have two 1 male and 1 female- Aaron Ficken, he was just a great natured guy that you could not dislike. Cindy Harper, She could help our energy crisis with the amount of pep and energy this little gal has!

Ok, so this is take two on a Japan/Oki trip, taking Mom, Dad, Wife and Kid. We're spending a week in Tokyo & Kyoto July 24th-30th, then Oki July 30th-Aug 6th. Got a housing hookup in Oki via the generous help of a fellow 84 Dragon, and we are looking good to go!

We have a number of "must-do" items planned, but, if I may encroach on the QOD concept for some additional pointers...

What would you see or do if you were taking this trip?

I would like to say that we are soon to be proud parents of a Soldier. Our oldest son is in Chicago MEPS for his physical tonight and tomorrow. He has decided to do the Delayed Entry until June 3, 2009. He is enlisting to go Airborne Ranger Infantry! We could not be more proud of him. Now the trick is going to be how to get through the red tape to go on his Graduation jump in Airborne school. Anyone have any ideas? My wife Carol is dreading the idea of me, the crusty old veteran paratrooper,...

A friend of mine just called to tell me that a guy he works with just found out he was a father. What's so strange about that you ask? His fiance had no idea she was pregnant. She is a personal trainer and has had no signs of pregnancy whatsoever. He went home and she complained that her stomach was hurting. So he took her to the emergency room . She gave birth to a six pound baby girl and she isn't so happy about it. They are both in total shock. The hospital was too. They...

On Monday my wife went into have a hysterectomy. All went well, considering. I brought her home last night and she is laid up in bed and being babied by myself and kids. She had this done for several reasons, mostly because of continueous abnormal cell growths and other major complications. These were precancerous growths that if left untreated and ingored would have cost her her life. I have never been more scared in my life. Just the worries of losing her was so great that I could not...

Obviously the gas prices have me in a tizzy. I'm now paying $4.59/gallon and that's for 87 octane, but that's another post altogether.

Maybe someone here can answer this question for me: Since there seems to be a large number of people driving who do not use their blinkers when making lane changes, changing directions, etc., is there a way to create a vehicle that won't make those changes unless the blinkers are engaged? I mean, I can't...

The day has finally come and is almost over. I am mentally and physically exhausted. My oldest KJ turned 18 this past Monday, and today he graduated with the first senior class of a high school that was opened last year. It has been quite the battle over the past few weeks. Biology was kicking his butt and for a while I didn't know if he was going to do it. I am soooo glad its over. I know there will be other obstacles in his path, but I just wanted him to graduate from high school....
